What is the Startup Visa?
The Startup Visa (Visa Talent — Projet innovant) was introduced under the French startup law. The founder must demonstrate the innovative nature of their project and obtain recognition from Bpifrance or an accredited organisation. Unlike the Passeport Talent Business, no minimum investment of €30,000+ is required. Valid 2 years, renewable.
