We offer two routes to Spanish residency. The digital nomad visa gives remote workers and freelancers a 3-year permit, and the application is filed from inside Spain. The language course visa gives 1 year of residency through an accredited language school, applied for at the consulate. Both make you a legal resident of an EU country with Schengen travel rights.

What You'll Need
Proof of Income or Funds
Digital nomad: regular income from a foreign employer or your own online business. Language courses: proof of sufficient funds for your stay.
Private Health Insurance
Full coverage valid in Spain for the whole permit period.
Clean Criminal Record
Certificate from your country of residence for the past 5 years, apostilled and translated into Spanish.
Accommodation Proof
Rental agreement or property deed in Spain. We can assist with finding compliant rentals before you arrive.
Medical Certificate
Confirmation that you do not suffer from any conditions with public health implications.
Remote Work or School Enrolment
Digital nomad: you work remotely for a foreign employer or run your own online business. Language courses: you enrol in an accredited school, which we select with you.
